At Mosaic Foods, we stand behind the quality of our chef-crafted meals, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept physical returns. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please reach out to our team within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or credit.
Return Process

Examine your meals and the dry ice packaging immediately upon arrival to ensure everything is frozen and intact.
- 2.Document Any Issues
If there are damaged seals or quality concerns, take a clear photo of the items and the shipping label for our records.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and photos to initiate a claim for a credit or refund.
- 4.Sustainable Disposal
Since we do not require you to ship food back, please recycle the cardboard box and allow any remaining dry ice to sublimate in a ventilated area.
